Do you need to return your purchase? We're here to assist you! You have up to 14 days from the date of delivery to make your decision. Please note we are not responsible for paying any customs charges (import duty or tax). You will be responsible for all costs and charges associated with returning your order. Please make sure to keep the proof of shipment until your order is returned to our warehouse. We are not able to cover any issue when you are not able to provide a track&trace or proof of shipment.

If your tracking status shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, we recommend the following steps:
- Confirm the delivery address on your order.
- Check with neighbours, reception or other secure delivery locations.
- Review any delivery notes from the carrier and/or contact carrier for more info.
If you’re still unable to locate your package, please contact our customer care team with your order and tracking details. We’ll review the case with the carrier and guide you through the next steps.

Please note that registering your return through the portal is mandatory. Returns sent directly to our warehouse without prior registration, including those shipped via external carrier services arranged independently, cannot be accepted and may be refused or returned to sender.

Once your return has been delivered to our warehouse, it is inspected and processed. We aim to finalize the process within 3-5 business days, but at most 14 business days. After approval, the refund is issued to your original payment method.

Yes, our warranty covers manufacturing and accidental defects. Damage caused by theft, misuse, or normal wear over time isn’t covered. If you’re unsure, reach out and we’ll always look for a solution.
