Do you want to exchange or return your purchase? We are glad to help you! You can exchange or return up to 14 days after the date of delivery.

If you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal, please follow these four steps;

1. After receiving your order, please contact our customer service via support@lavindrey.com
Please mention here:

• Order number
• (Reason for return)

2. After confirmation from our customer service you will send your order back to us as soon as possible (our return address is in The Netherlands).

3. Deliver your parcel to the carrier of your choice within 14 days after receiving your package.

4. Within five working days after we have received your return in good order, you will receive a confirmation. We will then refund the purchase amount as soon as possible, but at the latest within 14 days after notification of your return.

Always return your product in its original condition and in the original LAVINDREY packaging.

 

FAQ

- What are the return costs?

Returns are on your own cost depending on the courier and the country you return your package from. Your return will be shipped to our warehouse in the Netherlands.

- Where can I find my order number to register my return?

Your order number can be found in the confirmation email you received after placing your order. This is a six digit code and starts with #LA.

- Which carrier can I return my package with?

The package can be returned with a carrier of your choice.

- What should I do if a product is delivered faulty or damaged?

Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that a product is damaged during shipment or production. We are of course happy to resolve this with you. Please send a message to support@lavindrey.com with a picture of the complaint. Our customer service will work with you as quickly as possible to find a solution

- How long does a refund take?

As soon as we have received your order in good order, you will receive a confirmation within 5 working days. We will then refund the purchase amount as soon as possible, but at the latest within 14 days after notification of your return.
